MAST is very grateful to all its volunteers who have raised thousands of pounds for us from giving their time to man our shop in the main hospital reception five days a week.  Their dedication is very much appreciated.

JOHN JONES – ACCORDION PLAYER

John started collecting for MAST when our first appeal was launched for a CT scanner in 1990 and has continued to support every new appeal for medical equipment for the hospital since then.  

In July 2009 John reach a mile stone by having raised a staggering £50,000 for MAST. 

He supports many local charities in the community, playing his accordion in the hospital corridors in an evening or on a Saturday morning in the local town centre.

All the MAST trustees and myself say a huge thank you to him for all his hard work and continuing support.
